In this freelance project, I created the user experience journey and the interface of a mobile application designed to simplify and automate the recording and calculation of allowances for Portuguese companies.
Cost allowances, a variable component of employees' remuneration, are intended to cover travel, accommodation, and food expenses while on duty. The challenge was to create a solution that not only calculated these values accurately but also managed the associated variables, such as the type and duration of the trip.
The application is designed to be intuitive and efficient, allowing employees to quickly record their expenses while offering human resources departments a robust tool for automatically calculating allowances.
This system not only reduces the margin of error compared to manual methods but also frees employees from administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on more productive activities.
